Once you set the budget, the next step is to go through the products and determine how many products need new images and how many images each product needs.
For instance, if it is a jewelry piece. You might need at least two shots. One focuses on the overall jewelry, and the second may be a close-up shot. Showing the details in the jewelry piece.
Once you have the list of products and the list of the number of images a particular product will need, then you will go on to the next step.
And that is, image orientation.

How do you want the image- horizontal or vertical? Where will you use it the most?
