Budget

Budget For The Photoshoot:

Once the budget is determined, it leads to the next step.
Product And Shot List
How many products need a new images and how many images does that product need?
List Of Products:
Once you set the budget, the next step is to go through the products and determine how many products need new images and how many images each product needs.
For instance, if it is a jewelry piece. You might need at least two shots. One focuses on the overall jewelry, and the second may be a close-up shot. Showing the details in the jewelry piece.
Once you have the list of products and the list of the number of images a particular product will need, then you will go on to the next step.
And that is, image orientation.
Image Orientation:
How do you want the image- horizontal or vertical? Where will you use it the most?
Image Orientation:
An orientation of an image can sometimes be a tricky one. The orientation problem can be easily solved by determining where the images will be used. Which images will be used where? Is it on the website store, social media, or website banner? Based on these points, the orientation of the image will be decided.
Once image orientation is decided, the next in line is choosing the photo background.
Photo Background:
Do you want white or color backdrops with props.
Photo Background:
The photo background is an important element in the photoshoot. There are two different ways a photoshoot is planned and executed.
Both white backdrop and color backdrop themes have different types of lighting setups, styling, and composition techniques.
They are two different themes, hence one needs to decide how many products need white backdrop images and color backdrop images.

How soon do you want the images?
Image Delivery Time:
And the last step is to determine the estimate for when you want the images. Setting up realistic expectations for the delivery of images is crucial. This helps both you and the photographer stay on track with what to expect next in terms of the flow and delivery time of the images.
