Who is it for?
Every Business That Needs a Website That Works.
If your business lives online — or needs to — this audit is designed for you. I review with fresh eyes and industry knowledge, giving you recommendations that are specific, honest, and immediately actionable.
"Most businesses lose customers in the first 8 seconds of visiting their website — not because their product is bad, but because their website doesn't make a confident first impression. I help you fix that."
Every Corner of Your Online Presence
I review your website from multiple angles — as a first-time visitor, a potential customer, and a brand strategist.
Ecommerce Stores
Shopify. I review your product pages, homepage, cart experience, photography, and checkout clarity.
Food & Product Photographers
Your portfolio should do the selling for you. I review portfolio curation, image sequencing, brand messaging, about page authority, and whether your site attracts the clients you actually want.
Product & Food Brands
From artisan food makers to packaged goods companies — I review how well your website tells your brand story, showcases your products, and turns first-time visitors into loyal buyers.
Restaurants & Cafés
Your website is your digital dining room. I review your menu presentation, atmosphere photography, reservation flow, mobile experience, and whether your online presence makes people want to visit in person.
Local & Service Businesses
Bakeries, caterers, food stylists, and market stalls are going online. I review your local presence, service descriptions, contact flow, and whether your website builds trust with the community you serve.
Anyone Building From Scratch
Not yet live? Perfect timing. I'll review your plans or draft site before you launch, so you build it right from day one — saving you costly redesigns and lost clients down the track.

FAQs:
Still unsure? Here are the most common questions I hear. If something isn't covered, reach out directly — I respond to every message within one business day.
Question 1: I don’t have a website- can I still book?
Absolutely — and this might be the best time to do it. The Blueprint Session is specifically designed for people at the planning stage. You'll get a clear site structure, a photography brief, platform recommendations, and a launch checklist before you spend a cent on design or development.
Question 2: What type of businesses do you work with?
Any business that has or needs a website — ecommerce stores, restaurants, cafés, food brands, product sellers, photographers, caterers, bakeries, local service businesses, and more. The principles of what makes a website work are universal; I tailor the review to your specific business type and goals.
Question 3: What website platforms do you review?
I review Shopify, Squarespace, and WordPress. The audit focuses entirely on the user experience and brand presentation, not the technology behind it.
I do not do backend services like coding or changing any kind of HTML-related work. This will be done by the web designer or developer.
Question 4: How detailed is the written report?
The Essential Review and the Full Brand Review include annotated screenshots, page-by-page observations, and clearly explained reasoning behind every recommendation. This isn't a template — it's written specifically for your website.
Question 5: Do I need to implement the changes myself?
You implement the changes or pass the report to your web designer or developer. Every recommendation is written to be clearly understandable by both non-technical business owners and design professionals. The priority checklist makes it easy to know what to tackle first, even if you're doing it yourself.
Question 6: I just relaunched my website- is it too soon to get a review?
Not at all. Getting a fresh set of eyes right after launch, before traffic builds habits, is actually ideal timing. With my recommendations, you'll catch things that slipped through and make improvements while the site is still new, rather than six months down the track.
